This is it... the holy grail for every Uriah Heep fan! At last here it is,
the previously unreleased footage of film and television performances
from 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975 and 1976, never before available on DVD,
featuring the late, great David Byron at his very best. Digitally restored
and re-mastered for 5.1 Surround Sound this is the long awaited audio
visual celebration of one of the greatest front men in the history of
rock. Byron was the original voice of Uriah Heep and for many fans was
literally irreplaceable. Also featured in this lavish edition is the only
known footage of Gary Thain on bass, another much lamented casualty of the
rock and roll lifestyle dearly missed by his legions of followers.

This is Heep in all their peacock pomp and glory captured at the very
pinnacle of the band's career performing material from "Return to Fantasy"
and "Wonderworld". Quality live footage from the Byron days is incredibly
rare so we are proud to be able at last to bring you this wonderful film of
the world's greatest rock band. The limited edition set comes in a unique
hard back package similar to the "Sailing The Sea of Light" set and
includes 2 discs packaged as a hard back book in one lavish package. Only
3000 copies of this special limited edition are being produced. It's only
available by mail order. Demand is sure to be huge so we recommend you
subscribe now.

DISC 1: URIAH HEEP LIVE FROM 1974 AND 1975

Features the only known footage of the Byron/Box/Hensley/Kerslake/Wetton
line up performing "Return To Fantasy", "Easy Livin'", "Stealin'", "Prima
Donna" and "Shady Lady". If the long years which have passed since those
heady days have dimmed your memory this will prove to you once again that
you weren't dreaming, no-one could ever work a crowd quite like Mr.
Byron. Also featured on Disc 1 is the footage shot for US television
featuring the Byron/Box/Hensley/Kerslake/Thain line up at the time of
"Wonderworld". This material has long been unavailable and is now offered
in full 5.1 Remastered Surround Sound. Included on the disc are "So
Tired", "I Won't Mind", "The Easy Road", "Love Machine", "Something Or
Nothing", "Love Machine" and the famous "Rock'n'Roll Medley".

DISC 2: COLLECTORS RARITIES FEATURING URIAH HEEP AND DAVID BYRON'S ROUGH
DIAMOND

This amazing disc brings together all the surviving footage we could find
from the Byron era which is of releasable quality. Sadly many of the
masters have long since disappeared so the source footage has been restored
to the best quality possible. It is as good as we are ever likely to
have... but what footage it is! Included on the collectors only disc is
the film which was shown at Wembley before the "High and Mighty" shows,
rare interviews from US and Australian television networks, previously
unreleased footage from an unaired US television show shot in 1972, the
best of the Japanese Budokan shows from March '73, film from one of Byron's
last gigs in Europe and all of the surviving promotional film of Rough
Diamond. How about that for a mouth-watering prospect?
