Tony Franklin is to release his second solo CD in Japan on August 21st (JVC). The title is "Wonderland", and so far there are no details regarding any releases elsewhere. Featured musicians include former Blue Murder bandmate, Carmine Appice, drummer Gregg Bissonette, and singer David Coverdale. Other vocal duties are handled by Franklin and Scott Kail. According to Franklin the new CD is a lot heavier outing than his first CD ("Brave New Tomorrow", reviewed here before). Franklin handled the writing and production duties, as well as playing most of the instruments.
